Instinctive Meditation Group

There is no “right” or “best” meditation technique that “works” for everyone. Each of us is a once-in-forever being and must practice accordingly. The Instinctive Meditation approach celebrates individuality, and blends yogic wisdom with the physiology of meditation. This approach supports us to identify our own natural rhythms and doorways into meditation, so that we can enjoy, sustain, and evolve a rewarding meditation practice.
This group includes a weekly teaching on a principle of instinctive meditation, 1-2 guided meditations, and Q&A.
This practice community is a great fit for new and experienced meditators looking to welcome all parts of themselves, access deep rest, and experiment, play, and enjoy freedom during meditation practice.
